Focus Areas
Therapy
I specialize in supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult and transformative moments. My focus areas include grief and loss—particularly infant loss, miscarriage, and infertility—as well as anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also work with clients navigating ADHD, relationship challenges, workplace and corporate stress, and major life transitions.
Whether you're coping with profound grief or feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors, I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help you heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
My Approach
I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and genuinely supported. My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning I meet you exactly where you are—without judgment and with deep respect for your unique story, strengths, and pace. I see our work together as a collaborative journey, where your goals and needs guide the process.

I draw from several evidence-based approaches to provide care that’s tailored to you. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps us identify and shift patterns in thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck, while Solution-Focused Therapy emphasizes your existing strengths and moves us toward practical, meaningful change. I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based techniques, which can support you in becoming more grounded, present, and connected to your values—even in the midst of pain or uncertainty.

For clients who desire it, I offer a Christian counseling perspective that honors your faith and weaves spiritual beliefs into the healing process. This can be a source of great comfort and guidance, especially when navigating grief, loss, or life’s deeper questions.

Above all, I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you can process your experiences, explore new possibilities, and move toward healing and wholeness—on your terms and in your own time.
